Thomas brings over 30 years of experience in securities mediation and arbitration, public, private, and commercial finance, close corporations, and intellectual property law. He has served as a FINRA mediator since 2020 and as a FINRA arbitrator and panel chair for more than 12 years.
Alongside his mediation and arbitration practice, Thomas teaches business law and is admitted to the bars of New York, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island.
